Digital Accessibility Standards

In line with our commitment to accessibility, EnjoyFreeFall expects its digital content and technology to conform to applicable Digital Accessibility Standards to the fullest extent possible.

For the purposes of this policy, the Digital Accessibility Standards (or “the Standards”) include The World Wide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1, Level AA Conformance (WCAG 2.1 Level AA) for websites and web-based applications and services. Software and services that are not web-based should also strive to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA to improve accessibility.

The Path Forward

New Content: Starting from 11/09/2023, all new content posted, distributed, or published on EnjoyFreeFall aims to conform to the Standards, to the extent technically feasible. Where conformance is not feasible, alternative accessible formats will be considered.

Existing Content: We will prioritize the improvement of accessibility for existing content and technology. Priority will be given to content and technology that are most essential and widely used by our audience.

Procurement Considerations

When procuring third-party technology or services, EnjoyFreeFall will ensure that suppliers are aware of and adhere to this accessibility policy. Contracts with vendors will hold them accountable to the Standards.

EnjoyFreeFall expects all team members to be aware of and commit to this policy. We will designate individuals responsible for ensuring the accessibility of our content and technology.

Resources and Support

We are committed to providing resources, training, and support to ensure the success of this policy. Our team members will have access to training and guidance on accessibility standards and best practices.

Exceptions and Remediation

Requests for exceptions to this policy will be reviewed and may require the submission of an accommodation plan to make content and services available by alternate accessible means. The additional cost of bringing content and technology into conformance will not be a valid basis for exception, except in extraordinary circumstances.
